Periodically, Granite City Real Estate (GCRE) has opportunities for investment in development projects in a variety of locations through out Minnesota. We serve as the Group Sponsor and utilize our expertise to choose the best locations possible. GCRE will develop the projects and manage them after completion to ensure the highest return possible to our investors. The Group Sponsorships are usually general partnerships (Not Limited) which offer the highest amount of security for the investor in the asset. Although on occasion investments as low as 5% of the total available project are considered, the normal minimum investment is 10%. Personal guarantees on the underlying financing are normally required. Please ask us for information on any current offerings.
